4 tablespoons honey
4 tablespoons Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon lemon juice
4 (6 ounce) salmon steaks
1/4 teaspoon pepper
Directions
1 Preheat oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C).
2 In
a medium bowl, put honey, mustard, and lemon juice and mix together.
Spread the mixture over the salmon steaks. Season with pepper. Arrange
in a medium baking dish.
3 Bake 18-20 minutes in the preheated oven, or until fish easily flakes with a fork.
